In 2005 Kai Redmon, having secured a bachelor’s degree in business and master degrees in both safety and health, and business administration (MBA), and with over fifteen years of experience up to and including senior-level management positions, transitioned into a career as a third-generation agent in the family’s Collinsville, Illinois insurance business.  Kai aggressively expanded the business by adding a second location in Edwardsville, Illinois in 2015; acquiring Morris & Associates in 2018; and adding a third affiliate office in Godfrey, Illinois in 2019.

Kai and his wife were friends growing up.  They have two active children and dogs. In his spare time, Kai enjoys spending time with family and riding either his dirt or road bike (motorcycle).  Giving back and being a part of our communities is very important to Kai.  Honesty, integrity, character, and service reflect Kai’s core values and serve as the foundation and direction for both personal and professional conduct and growth.
